Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and set performance targets for marketing campaigns.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various paid advertising channels, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and sales, to ensure marketing efforts are cohesive and aligned with business goals.
- Coordinate with other marketing functions, such as SEO, social media, and email marketing, for integrated campaign execution.
- Reporting & Insights:
- Provide regular reports and insights on the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Recommend actionable improvements based on data analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Analytics and Data Analysis:
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Use data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Continuously optimize landing pages, user flows, and conversion paths to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition.
- Budget Management:
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure campaigns are within budget while delivering desired results.
- Customer Delight:
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and striving to exceed their expectations in all marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 57 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Preferred experience in E-commerce, Healthcare, or Nutraceutical industries.
- Demonstrated experience managing a monthly marketing budget of at least 1.5 Crores.
- Strong understanding of paid advertising principles and platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas and overcome challenges.
- Proficient in articulating ideas clearly and communicating with relevant stakeholders.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and drive insights.
