What you will do:
Own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy, including planning, execution, optimization, and scaling of paid campaigns.
Lead paid acquisition across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) as primary channels, with exposure to YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and programmatic platforms.
Drive measurable business outcomes through full-funnel performance strategies, optimizing for CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and overall funnel efficiency.

Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and performance tracking frameworks.
Solid understanding of bidding strategies, audience segmentation, attribution models, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Hands-on experience with campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and troubleshooting (not just strategy or coordination).
Experience working with marketing automation tools, CRMs, and analytics platforms.
Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including product, tech, finance, and leadership.
Clear communication skills to present insights, experiments, and performance updates to stakeholders.
