Role Overview:
We are hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own, scale, and systemize our performance marketing engine.
You will manage 1 Cr+ monthly media budgets, drive profit-first growth, and build repeatable systems across acquisition, conversion, and retention.
This role reports directly to the founder / leadership team and comes with high decision-making authority.
Responsibilities:
1. High-Scale Paid Growth Ownership
Own and scale paid channels:
Meta (FB/Instagram) primary
Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube)
Manage and optimize 1 Cr+ monthly ad spends
Balance scale vs efficiency across prospecting and retargeting
Drive incremental growth, not just platform ROAS
2. Funnel & Revenue Engineering
Own the end-to-end revenue funnel:
Impression Click PDP Checkout Payment Repeat
Diagnose and fix conversion bottlenecks:
PDP load speed & content
Offer structures & bundles
COD vs prepaid mix
Drive AOV, CVR, and contribution margin improvements
3. Data, Attribution & Analytics
Own performance measurement stack:
GA4, Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions
Build clarity on:
Blended CAC vs channel CAC
LTV cohorts by acquisition source
Payback periods and contribution margins
Create decision-grade dashboards, not vanity reports
4. Creative Performance Leadership
Lead creative performance strategy with in-house and external teams Define testing frameworks:
Hooks, formats, creators, narratives
Identify creative fatigue early and refresh at scale
Build a creative intelligence system linked to revenue outcomes
5. Retention & Monetization
Drive revenue beyond first purchase via:
Remarketing, CRM, WhatsApp, Email
Improve:
Repeat purchase rate
Drop-wise monetization
Seasonal & festive campaign efficiency
6. Growth Systems & Scale Readiness
Build playbooks for:
New category launches
Sale-day scaling (23x spend days)
Geo expansion
Introduce automation in:
Budget allocation
Creative rotation
Rule-based optimization
Requirements:
46 years of hands-on performance marketing experience Direct experience managing 1 Cr+ monthly ad budgets Proven ability to scale profitably, not just grow topline Strong understanding of:
Contribution margins
iOS-era attribution challenges
Data-first mindset with strong Excel / Sheets skills
Nice-to-Have (Strong Plus)
Experience in women's fashion / fast fashion Shopify / headless commerce exposure
Experience scaling brands from 2 Cr 10+ Cr/month Exposure to international or quick-commerce models
