Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: - The role holder would be responsible to manage all media/performance led digital activities, including planning and execution across Google and Meta Ads as well as manage the optimization and reporting.

In collaboration with cross-functional teams, our specialist will have to ensure that integrated digital strategies are aligned with the brand objectives. The purpose of this role is to drive awareness, traffic, conversions and revenue meeting brand business goals and strategies.

Develop and oversee overall growth and performance marketing strategy

  • Create and manage Google Ad campaigns (SEM)
  • Create and manage Meta Ads (Social media advertising)
  • Ensure top organic search ranking positions (SEO)
  • Manage the respective platform's daily budgets, billing reconciliation and spend pacing in adherence to allocations and desired return
  • Regularly review and optimise all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS
  • Manage unpaid and paid listings on media partners
  • Develop and oversee email marketing and marketing automation strategy
  • Set up, manage, and optimise email marketing campaigns (EDM newsletters, drip campaigns, loyalty campaigns, etc.)
  • Manage Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns
  • Regularly review and create analytics reports and recommend/execute optimisation action plans with sales and marketing teams
  • Conduct regular conversion rate optimisation audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands digital channels and assets
  • Map ad formats to advertising objectives
  • Manage a test and learn strategy across traffic to drive insight into brand traffic behaviour
  • Plan and Optimize landing page testing
  • Report on key performance indicators and conversion/lead generation initiatives
  • Create eye-catching and informative ads as well as continuously implement text ads A/B testing
  • Collaborate with data science and marketing teams to discover, test data-driven ways to optimize performance
  • Build Budget Recommendations for week/month/quarter/year
  • Document campaign evolution to monitor overall performance and identify and implement best practices
  • Present account reviews internally on regular basis
  • Explore new opportunities to grow campaigns more efficiently and effectively
  • Test new ways and trends to build credibility, remain competitive and add value
  • Ensure a data led approach to all activities, creating a clear test & learn strategy
  • Produce daily reporting of KPIs to identify issues and opportunities for growth. Communicate KPIs with key stakeholders
  • Create engaging and relevant ad copy to boost campaign conversion
  • Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance to company goals
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the channels
  • Take responsibility for the growth marketing and CRM strategy, processes and implementation
  • Manage Performance Marketing campaigns to help acquire new customers and drive traffic towards our platform with a focus on paid tactics
  • Improve audience expansion and customer lifetime value together with the aim of reducing acquisition costs
  • Be responsible for communicating regular metrics and findings from your campaigns and analyse performance, insights, blockers and areas of opportunity
  • Optimise ad delivery, landing page conversion and under experience driving user activations as efficiently as possible
  • Continuously test and iterate your learnings to find the best paid mix for us
  • Be in control of setting your KPIs, particularly around sign-up, activations, cost-per-acquisition and cost-per-activation. You should strive to continuously outperform yourself
  • When needed, work together with external agencies to optimise the delivery of your campaigns and discover new audiences
  • Have the creative ability to craft beautiful and enriching content together with the marketing team to enhance your campaigns
  • Ideally you also have some UX and social media writing experience

Experience:-

  • 3 - 8 years of experience in managing Ad campaigns on Google and Facebook in an e-commerce / D2C platform products brand preferably beauty / cosmetics
  • Proficient in deriving insights from data, fluent in slicing/dicing data
  • Performance marketing experience highly desirable. Strong understanding of Data, Funnels, Performance Metrics
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Basic technical knowledge is a plus
  • Knowledge and experience in retargeting/remarketing
  • Experience on Meta, Google AdWords or other marketing/media platforms experience a plus
  • Understanding of website analytics and comfortable with analysing data from different data sources like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Search Console
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively
