Role: Performance / Growth Marketing Manager

Role Overview: CloudThat is looking for a highly experienced performance and growth marketer with over 5+ years of pure paid marketing experience with deep expertise in handling multiple paid channels for different audiences & sectors. The candidate must have experience working for India as well as international audiences for B2C and B2B. The ideal candidate should be an expert in planning and executing high impact paid campaigns, create & manage digital assets that can lead to business growth. In this role, you will be driving a direct business impact in terms of new lead acquisition and traffic to domains. You will have complete ownership over the LinkedIn, Meta, different search channels like google & Bing and affiliate channels to drive strategy for the performance marketing function, while controlling the budgets coming from different business units within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own budget allocation and media planning for performance marketing campaigns across India and international market, driving user acquisition and growth.
- Manage the full paid advertising stack including Search (Google/Bing), Display, Meta, LinkedIn, Native, 3rd-party, and Affiliate channels.
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution—account setup, structure, ad creation, keyword strategy, launch planning, and KPI definition.
- Drive new growth initiatives across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other lead generation platforms for B2B and B2C audiences.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance through daily, weekly, and monthly analysis to continuously improve results.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards using Looker Studio (or similar tools) for campaign, lead, and ROI tracking.
- Own performance outcomes, with clear accountability for reducing CAC, improving ROAS, and driving revenue growth.
- Continuously optimize PPC performance through keyword research, quality score improvement, CTR optimization, and bid management.
- Execute full-funnel remarketing and CRO strategies, including static/dynamic remarketing, RTB solutions, A/B testing, and lead quality optimization.
- Collaborate with design, content, and tech teams to launch high-performing creatives, landing pages, CMS (WordPress) updates, and CRM-aligned campaigns.
Requirements (Must Have):
- Bachelor's in engineering / technology or MBA or Digital marketing certification.
- 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience on search & Meta.
- Proven expertise across core paid channels – Google Search & Display, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn Ads
- Experience running campaigns for India and international markets (USA mandatory) across B2B and B2C
- Demonstrated ownership of large ad budgets (₹2 Cr+ cumulative spend)
- Advanced analytics & reporting capability.
(Good to Have):
- Advance digital marketing certification
- Experience with affiliate, programmatic, or native advertising platforms
- Hands-on exposure to marketing automation tools (HubSpot / Lead Squared / Marketo)
- Strong full-funnel CRO experience
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress) and CRM systems
- Advanced Excel / data analysis skills
- Experience launching new channels, ad formats, or geographies
