Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive brand building and digital growth initiatives. This role will own end-to-end brand strategy, social media presence, and performance marketing (Google & Meta Ads) to enhance visibility, engagement, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute brand strategy aligned with business goals
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all digital channels
- Plan and execute brand campaigns, launches, and activations
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine positioning
2. Social Media & Content
- Manage and grow presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
- Create and execute content calendars (posts, reels, campaigns)
- Drive engagement, reach, and follower growth
- Collaborate with design and content teams for creatives
- Handle community management (comments, DMs, queries)
3. Performance Marketing (Paid Campaigns)
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
- Monitor key metrics like CAC, ROI, CTR, conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing, audience targeting, and campaign optimization
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation
4. Analytics & Growth
- Track and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager
- Generate insights to improve campaign performance and user acquisition
- Drive lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth
- Prepare and present performance reports and dashboards
5. Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with product, sales, and design teams
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and external partners
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns and initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
Must Have
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing / brand management
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital campaigns
- Experience in campaign planning and execution
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize performance
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
- Experience in B2C / consumer internet / startup environment
- Exposure to SEO, influencer marketing, or marketplaces
- Basic understanding of design tools (Canva, Figma, etc.)
