Program Manager – Revenue Management

Business Unit: Working Professionals

Location: Bangalore

Role Objective:

To enable predictable, scalable, and optimised revenue growth by bringing rigor to revenue planning, lead allocation, sales productivity tracking, and marketing ROI visibility. This role directly impacts topline performance and sales efficiency across high-value programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue planning across channels, products, and sales pods.
  • Translate topline targets into agent-level execution metrics and track weekly/monthly performance.
  • Design and refine intelligent lead allocation frameworks to maximise conversion.
  • Minimise lead aging and leakage while improving lead-to-enrolment efficiency.
  • Monitor productivity metrics: conversion %, revenue per agent, ARPU, capacity utilisation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on demand forecasting, lead planning, and ROI tracking.
  • Create dashboards and structured business reviews for leadership.
  • Act as the central revenue program owner across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 3–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, Growth, or Business Operations.
  • Strong analytical capabilities (Advanced Excel/Sheets; BI tools; SQL preferred).
  • Experience in high-volume, lead-driven businesses (EdTech preferred).
  • Structured thinker with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable in high-growth, target-driven environments.
