Payroll Specialist - EMEA/ Nordics

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multi-country payroll (APAC, EMEA, Canada)
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws, statutory regulations, and internal policies
• Collaborate with external payroll vendors for monthly payroll execution and reporting
• Validate payroll inputs and outputs against contracts and HR data
• Perform payroll reconciliations, audits, and data accuracy checks across systems
• Support payroll transformation, automation, and system enhancement initiatives
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Compliance teams for payroll queries and reporting
• Maintain accurate payroll documentation aligned with global standards
• Support continuous improvement of payroll processes and service delivery
