We are seeking an experienced Vendor Management professional to drive strategic partnerships and optimize vendor performance in an IT/ERP environment.

• Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle including onboarding, evaluation, and offboarding
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, SLAs, and ensure compliance with legal and company policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with technology and ERP vendors
• Monitor vendor performance, KPIs, and service delivery against SLAs
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and drive value from vendor engagements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, procurement, finance) for vendor alignment
• Mitigate risks, resolve escalations, and ensure business continuity
• Maintain vendor database, documentation, and reporting dashboards
• Stay updated with market trends, vendor innovations, and sourcing strategies
• Ensure governance, audit readiness, and compliance across vendor operations
