Responsibilities:

Develop and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform.
Implement workflows and automate business processes using ServiceNow scripting.
Work on ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request management.
Design and configure Service Portal components.
Integrate ServiceNow with other systems via REST APIs.
Troubleshoot, test, and support ServiceNow applications and enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
