Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
- Manage and process payroll data for employees in Canada and selected APAC countries.
- Collaborate with external payroll vendors to ensure accurate monthly payroll processing, reporting, and statutory compliance.
- Validate payroll inputs and outputs to ensure alignment with employment contracts, company policies, and legal requirements.
Data & Compliance:
- Conduct audits and reconciliations across systems to ensure accuracy and completeness of payroll data.
- Maintain payroll documentation and align with global processes and local statutory frameworks.
Collaboration & Improvement:
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Compliance teams to address payroll queries, reporting, and coordination.
- Support global payroll transformation projects, including vendor transitions and automation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline payroll processes and enhance service delivery.
