Job Description

Evaluate mortgage applications using conventional underwriting guidelines.
Apply knowledge of agency guidelines (FNMA & FHLMC) to assess applications.
Calculate income, debt-to-income (DTI) ratios, and run automated underwriting systems (DU & LP).
Analyze credit reports, appraisal reports, asset calculations, and title reports.
Ensure compliance with federal and state lending regulations, including RESPA, TRID, FHA, VA, and USDA.
Apply strong analytical skills and attention to detail in calculations and decision-making.
