Role Overview:
Join our dynamic team as an OPT Recruiter! If you have experience in US Staffing, strong knowledge of OPT hiring, and a background in EdTech or Sales, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit OPT, CPT, H1B, and GC candidates for IT roles
Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn) and OPT-focused platforms
Negotiate rates and terms with candidates and clients
Maintain ATS records and ensure compliance
Leverage sales/EdTech experience for candidate engagement
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
What We're Looking For:
3–6 years in US IT Recruitment (OPT hiring experience mandatory)
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Familiarity with US visa types and compliance
Ability to work in US shift timings
