Job Title: OPT Recruiter (US Staffing)
Experience Required: 3+ Years
Location: Manikonda, Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-Time
Timings: 6pm to 3 am IST
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced OPT Recruiter with 3+ years of expertise in US Staffing to recruit, screen, and place OPT/H1B Transfers candidates for IT and non-IT opportunities across the USA. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, candidate management experience, and good knowledge of visa processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and recruit OPT/H1B Transfer candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified OPT/H1B Transfer candidates for open requirements.
• Screen resumes and assess candidate skills, communication, and availability.
• Guide candidates on resume formatting, marketing profiles, and job search process.
• Maintain strong relationships with student networks, and candidate communities.
• Work closely with sales/account managers and bench sales teams for placements.
• Ensure compliance with candidate documentation and visa/work authorization status.
• Follow up regularly with candidates for status updates and availability.
Required Skills:
• 3+ years of experience in OPT Recruiting / US Staffing.
• Strong understanding of OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, EAD, H1B basics.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong candidate relationship management skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Existing candidate database/network is a plus.
