Must be self-directed, ability to work independently, highly responsive, and detail-oriented in completing assigned tasks.

OPT Recruiter Job Description:
- Recruiting experience in hiring OPT/CPT/US Citizens/Green cards, or all eligible to work in the US consultants and get them on our W2.
- Strong experience getting H1B Transfer/Project Transfer resources from different resources.
- Hands-on experience in hiring OPT/CPT candidates from Job portals, universities, and networks, LinkedIn, and a prior database of OPT candidates.
- Should contact recent Master's students in the United States and encourage them to join our consultancy.
- Screening the resumes maintaining separate databases and following up daily with the candidates.
- Explaining and Negotiating compensation/packages, assessing relevant experience, education, skills, and qualifications to determine pay type/rate, and relocation benefits for the consultants.
- Must have extensive knowledge of Visa filing and Contract Terms.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, rapport-building, and negotiation skills.
