Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented OPT Recruiter with 3–6 years of experience in US IT recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

3–6 years of experience in OPT/CPT or US IT recruitment

Strong understanding of US staffing processes and tax terms

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work in night shift (US timings)

Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques

Strong networking and relationship-building skills
