Responsibilities -
- Take charge of developing and maintaining a detail-oriented logistic flow from sourcing ingredients to fulfilment
- Own the inventory system with precision: zero blind spots, minimal wastage, no last-minute stockouts
- Establish a robust quality assurance system and conduct regular checks to keep every product at G.O.A.T. level
- Build supply chain and lasting relationships with our suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, quality products, and continuous collaboration
- Develop and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and create a safe working environment for all G.O.A.T.s
- Create and maintain SOPs and KPIs that drive efficiency, discipline, accountability, and quality across operations
- Audit existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and continuously streamline workflows to level up speed, cost, and output
- Be hands-on when required this role is about ownership, not just oversight.
Requirements -
- 1-3 years experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics (food & beverage or retail experience is a big plus)
- You're clear, confident and proactive - whether you're communicating with customers, vendors or your team.
- Multitasking You're built for it. You love keeping things running like clockwork.
- You know how to troubleshoot, find solutions, and make things better.
- You know your way around order management, POS systems, or inventory software
- Things move fast around here. You're ready to pivot and keep pace with the hustle.
- You take ownership, jump in when needed, and aren't afraid to take risks.
- Solid working knowledge of Excel or similar tools for tracking, analysis, and reporting.
- You'll need to bring your own device
- We work 6 days a week
- This is a hands-on, high-ownership role not a spectator seat
