Marketing Operations Manager Hospital
Role Overview
The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for driving efficient execution of marketing initiatives across hospital units. The role focuses on operational planning, coordination, budget control, vendor management, and performance tracking, while supporting leadership on new growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across the hospitals in the group
- Coordinate with hospital units and vendors for timely execution
- Manage marketing budgets, POs, invoices, and ensure cost efficiency
- Track and report performance of on-ground, outreach, and referral activities
- Maintain marketing calendars and dashboards
- Assist the Head of Marketing in driving and implementing new initiatives and doctor engagement programs
- Standardize marketing processes and improve execution efficiency across locations
Skills & Experience
- 58 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in hospitals or healthcare
- Strong coordination, execution, and vendor management skills
- Understanding of hospital marketing channels and patient acquisition funnels
- Proficiency in Excel, MIS, dashboards, and performance reporting
- High attention to detail with a compliance-driven mindset

CTC Remuneration : INR 10 - 12 Lakhs (negotiable for right candidate)
