Role Description

Department:Business Operations / Strategy

Location:[Noida]

Role Objective

This role combinesresponsibilities with Business Operations support. The incumbent will act as astrategic enabler to leadership, managing executive coordination while supporting business planning, operational tracking, MIS, and cross-functional execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership Support (EA Alignment)

  • Manage calendar, meetings, priorities, and travel for senior leadership.
  • Prepare agendas, action trackers, and follow-ups for leadership meetings.
  • Act as a single point of coordination between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Business Operations & Strategy Support

  • Track business KPIs, operational metrics, and strategic initiatives across functions.
  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for CXO reviews.
  • Support annual business planning, quarterly reviews.
  • Assist leadership in data analysis, insights, and decision-support documentation.

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with Operations, Projects, Finance, HR, Procurement, and BD teams.
  • Ensure timely closure of action items from leadership discussions.
  • Support alignment between strategic priorities and on-ground execution.

Process & Governance

  • Help streamline internal processes, SOPs.
  • Monitor management compliances with internal governance, timelines, and approvals.
  • Support audits, documentation, and operational reviews when required.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Draft professional emails, reports, and internal communication on behalf of leadership.
  • Represent leadership in internal forums for information gathering and coordination.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strongbusiness acumenwith EA-level organizational skills
  • ExcellentMS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reportingskills
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Strong follow-up, prioritization, and multitasking ability
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
  • 48 yearsof experience as EA / Business Operations / Strategy Support role
  • Experience supporting CXO / Senior Leadership is mandatory

Preferred Background

  • Experience insolar / energy / infrastructure / EPCindustries preferred.
  • Exposure to business reviews, dashboards, and leadership reporting
  • Understanding of operational workflows and project environments
