Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee logistics operations, optimize supply chain processes, and manage fleets of refrigerated trucks to ensure timely and quality delivery of temperature-regulated products. The role also involves leading the operations team, monitoring driver performance, coordinating with clients, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and managing budgets.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in logistics, supply chain management, and fleet management
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively coordinate and communicate with clients and internal teams
• Attention to detail with skills in planning, data analysis, and reporting
• Familiarity with refrigerated trucking and temperature-controlled logistics is preferred
• Sound understanding of regulatory and safety standards within the logistics industry
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in using logistics and supply chain management software is advantageous
