Job Title:

Corporate Sales Executive / Manager – Relocation Services

Department:

Sales & Business Development

Reports to:

Head – Corporate Sales / Business Development Manager

Job Purpose:

To acquire, manage, and grow corporate client accounts for the company's relocation and mobility services, including domestic moves, international moves, office relocations, and employee relocation programs. The role involves developing relationships with HR, Admin, Procurement, and Mobility teams of corporates, understanding their relocation needs, and offering tailored solutions to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development

  • Identify and target prospective corporate clients across industries.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals.
  • Conduct corporate presentations, product demos, and proposal discussions.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Develop long-term relationships with HR, Admin, Procurement, and Global Mobility heads.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for client accounts, ensuring a smooth client experience from onboarding to service delivery.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.

3. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional relocation services (immigration, storage, settling-in services, etc.).

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Track competitor activities, market trends, and client feedback.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
  • Provide inputs for marketing campaigns and service improvements based on client insights.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong B2B sales and corporate account management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge of relocation, moving, or logistics industry preferred.
  • Relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude and client-first approach.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B corporate sales (relocation, logistics, hospitality, or related service industry preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing corporate accounts.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):

  • Number of new corporate accounts acquired.
  • Revenue generated from new and existing clients.
  • Client retention rate.
  • Number of qualified leads and meetings per month.

Work Environment & Travel:

  • Hybrid role with frequent client meetings.
  • Frequent travel within Mumbai for client visits, Service Delivery, and networking activities.
