Key Responsibilities Operations Management Ensure smooth daily operations across all outlets Maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and store presentation Monitor stock, inventory, and supply chain coordination Implement SOPs and operational improvements Manage staffing schedules and workload distribution 2. Sales Performance & Growth Responsible for achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue Identify best-selling products and improve product mix Run promotional activities and campaigns in coordination with marketing Drive upselling and cross-selling in outlets 3. Team Management Lead outlet managers and staff Train and develop team to improve performance Conduct performance reviews and motivate the team Resolve operational issues and customer complaints 4. Reporting & Analysis Track sales performance daily/weekly aPrepare performance reports for leadership Identify gaps and implement corrective actions Manage budgets and cost control Required Skills Strong leadership & team management Good understanding of retail operations Sales- driven mindset Analytical & data-driven Strong communication skills Ability to handle pressure and multi-task
