E commerce Operations Manager:Key Responsibilities:1. Marketplace & Platform Management
- Manage end-to-end operations across Marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart), and Quick-Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart).
- Ensure accurate order processing, dispatch timelines, and SLA adherence
2. Logistics & Supply Chain
- Liaise with 3PL partners (Safexpress, Delhivery, etc.) to optimize shipping costs and reduce delivery TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Monitor and reduce RTO (Return to Origin) percentages through proactive NDR (Non-Delivery Report) management.
3. Inventory & Supply Planning
- Plan inventory across warehouses and marketplaces to maintain optimal stock levels
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams for demand forecasting and replenishment
- Minimize stockouts, overstocking, and inventory aging
4. Process Optimization
- Identify bottlenecks in the packing and dispatch process and implement SOPs to scale daily order volume.
- Monitor packaging quality to ensure zero leakage/damage during transit.
5. Data & Reporting
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational MIS
- Track KPIs such as order fulfillment rate, inventory turns, logistics cost %, and customer complaints
- Provide data-driven insights for leadership decision-making
Key Skills & Competencies:- Strong understanding of D2C & marketplace operations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors
- High ownership mindset with attention to detail
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (automation knowledge is a plus)
Qualifications & Experience :- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business (MBA is a plus)
- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce or D2C operations
- Prior experience in FMCG / Food / Consumer brands preferred
- Experience scaling operations in a fast-growth startup environment is a strong advantage
