Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee production operations, implement quality control processes, ensure optimal resource utilization, and manage day-to-day operational activities. Responsibilities include supervising workflow, coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. The role requires effective planning and execution to meet organizational goals and deliver high-quality water treatment solutions.

Qualifications

• Operations and Management skills, including production planning, workflow optimization, and resource management
• Quality Control and Compliance expertise, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and best practices
• Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions
• Communication and Leadership abilities to manage teams and collaborate across departments
• Knowledge of water purification and filtration technologies is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Proficiency with operational software and strong organizational skills
• Experience in assembly dependant facility or consumer durables industries preferred
