Manage end-to-end order processing across website, marketplaces, and other D2C channels.
Coordinate with warehouses, 3PL partners, and logistics providers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Track inventory levels, raise replenishment requests, and avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
Monitor returns, refunds, RTOs, and exchanges; identify root causes and implement improvements.
Ensure accurate SKU mapping, pricing, and catalog hygiene across platforms.
Work closely with customer support to resolve order, delivery, and fulfillment issues.
Prepare daily and weekly operational reports covering orders, fulfillment SLAs, inventory, and returns.
Support process improvements to optimize cost, speed, and customer experience.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, finance, supply chain) for smooth operations.
