We are looking for a dynamic and results-orientedExecutive B2B Operationsto join our growing B2B team.In this role, you will be responsible foroptimizing end-to-end operations to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfilment across B2B channels. You will play a key role in improving servicelevels andsupporting business through process efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
You're Responsibilities-
You will be managing aspects of output in your area:Controlling performance,people management, metrics&process improvements.
- Oversee dailyend to end B2BoperationswithQuick commerce(Q-Com)order fulfilmentprocesswhile controlling and managing inventory andlogistics.
- Ensuretimelydelivery(OTIFs)through coordination withlogisticspartners.
- Define and implement B2B operational SOPs forQ-comchannels.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for order accuracy,speedand service levels.
- Lead cross-functional coordination withRevenue, Financeand Brand teamsonPO fulfilment, marketplace inventory replenishment,inventoryreconciliation& finance compliance.
- Customer experienceMatricesreporting, improvement&closure of corrective actions.
- 3-4+ years of operations experience in a similar fast-paced process drivenB2B Supply Chain,and Operations roles.
- Bachelor'sdegree in business administration or engineeringbackground.
- Strong knowledge of FMCGfulfilmentandinventory management.
- Good computer literacy: Excel,wordand other relevant technologies
- Problem-solvingcapabilities, attentionto detailandprocess-driven approach.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate and influenceinternally &externally.
- Team player who canfacilitatesuccessful project work,operatingto deadlines.
