Job Description
We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Executive who is well-versed in marketplace operations and can independently manage day-to-day activities across multiple platforms. This role requires strong hands-on experience with marketplace dashboards, catalog management, inventory coordination, and operational compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage operations across multiple online marketplaces
- Handle marketplace dashboards including order monitoring, cancellations, returns, and compliance
- Manage end-to-end catalog operations including listings, pricing, inventory updates, and accuracy
- Ensure consistency of product data, stock availability, and order statuses across platforms
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory readiness and marketplace requirements
- Monitor marketplace performance, identify issues, and take corrective actions
- Manage platform communications, escalations, and routine operational reporting
- Ensure adherence to all marketplace SOPs, policies, and timelines
- Act as a single point of contact (POC) for marketplace operations
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace operations
- Proven experience managing marketplaces such as Nykaa Fashion, Myntra, AJIO, or similar platforms
- Strong command over marketplace dashboards, backend workflows, and operational tools
- Solid experience in catalog management, inventory coordination, and order lifecycle management
- High attention to detail and strong process discipline
- Ability to independently manage multiple marketplaces simultaneously
- Strong communication and coordination skills
