Job Summary

VSV WINS, INC is seeking a reliable and organized Office Coordinator to support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning in a remote environment. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient workflows and supporting multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and office correspondence
  • Maintain records, files, and basic documentation
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Provide administrative support to HR and Accounts teams
  • Order office supplies and track inventory
  • Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience
