Job Opening: Office Admin cum Coordinator
Location: Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Admin cum Coordinator to manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments. This role is administrative and coordination-focused and not an HR position.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and coordinate with vendors
- Handle documentation, maintain records, and assist with e-challan filing
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle official correspondence
- Act as a coordination bridge between internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain and update data reports in Excel with accuracy
- Prepare and edit PowerPoint presentations, reports, and office documents
- Support management and teams in office-related tasks and internal event coordination
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong working knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Conditional Formatting
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Experience in creating e-challans and handling official documentation
- Typing speed of 3045 WPM
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or coordination roles
- Familiarity with office management tools and administrative processes
