This role plays a key part in maintaining efficiency, data accuracy, and organizational support.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain internal records, files, and databases
Coordinate between front office, operations, and management teams
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required
Handle data entry and ensure accuracy of information
Monitor workflow and follow up on pending tasks
Support billing, invoicing, and basic accounting activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
Handle email correspondence and internal communications
Support audits and internal reviews when required
Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience in back office, administrative, or coordination roles
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Work Environment:Office-based role with standard business hours
Minimal customer-facing interaction
