Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist located in Kozhikode. The Occupational Therapist will work directly with children to assess their needs and develop tailored intervention plans. Responsibilities include implementing therapy sessions focused on improving motor, sensory, and daily living skills, as well as collaborating with other specialists and family members to ensure a coordinated approach to child development. The role involves regular documentation, progress assessment, and providing guidance to families on continued care and home strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, with a focus on pediatric care.
• Knowledge of Medicine related to child development and therapeutic practices.
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in Pediatrics, including developmental delays and neurological disorders, is highly desirable.
• Relevant certifications and a degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
• Empathy, patience, and a passion for working with children with special needs.
