Occupational Therapist

Orange Child Development & Rehabilitation Centre (OCDRC) is a multi-disciplinary clinic specializing in therapies for children with developmental delays, neurological disorders, and learning disabilities. Our pediatric specialty center offers services such as Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Behavior Therapy, Counseling, Sensory Integration Therapy, and Individualized Education Programs. This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist based in Kozhikode. Responsibilities include assessing developmental needs, creating and implementing individualized therapy plans, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support children with developmental delays, neurological challenges, and learning disabilities. The Occupational Therapist will also engage with families to ensure they are actively involved in their child's progress and provide guidance for at-home support.

• Proficiency in Occupational Therapy techniques and methods with knowledge of rehabilitation strategies.
• Basic understanding of Medicine related to pediatric health and development.
• Experience working with Pediatrics and a strong commitment to child-centered and holistic care.
• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field, with required licensing or certification.
• Relevant work experience in pediatric therapy or child development settings is preferred.
