Role Overview
:We are looking for a skilled NOC Engineer with experience in network monitoring, alert management, and incident handling within enterprise network infrastructure. The candidate should be capable of managing global client escalations, ensuring timely resolution of network issues, and maintaining high service availability
.

Qualifications & Exper
ience:·4+ years of experience in network operations and support environ
ments.· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equiv

kills.· Experience with IP service management (change and incident manage
ment).· Knowledge of technologies such as Cisco Meraki, ASA firewall, Juniper hardware, VMware, Nutanix, Microsoft enterprise
suite.· Familiarity with network monitoring tools (Cacti, MRTG, SolarW
inds).· ITIL, CCNA, JNCIA, VCA, or Microsoft certifications desi
