Noc Engineer

The Vendor handles the installation, configuration, and ongoing support of Logic Monitor Collectors, including server onboarding, monitoring setup, alert fine-tuning, reporting, and creating HLDs, templates, and SOPs. They manage tool performance, perform troubleshooting, coordinate with vendors, and support dashboard configuration for Otsuka's Essential Infrastructure Services. Responsibilities also include self-monitoring, backup/restore, and managing Logic Modules and platform-level health.

Moogsoft

Responsibilities

The Vendor manages event correlation and automation within the Moogsoft platform, including resolving integration issues, handling ticketing anomalies, and maintaining Cookbooks, Recipes, Topology updates, and Team Rooms. They oversee module upgrades, manage maintenance windows, and ensure seamless integration of Moogsoft AI Ops with external APIs (e.g., AWS, Oracle, Snowflake), supporting automated ticket generation and ongoing enhancement of the Moogsoft environment
