Key Responsibilities

• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and planning rules to drive measurable outcomes.
• Formulate cost models and optimisation strategies with commercial and marketing teams.
• Develop capacity and availability models to generate short- and long-term utilisation forecasts.
• Perform scenario analysis and evaluate the impact of optimisation strategies on network performance.
• Validate end-to-end data flows (inputs, processing logic, outputs) and investigate anomalies.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track network usage, performance, business impact, and cost savings.
• Act as a liaison between developers, data engineers, data scientists, SMEs, and business stakeholders.
• Document workflows, system behaviour, and data requirements.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions and operational investigations.
• Communicate insights using data visualisations and presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve system usage and process efficiency.

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a System Analyst / Network Systems Analyst
• Proficiency in SQL for large dataset querying, troubleshooting, and reporting
• Basic Python scripting for automation and data manipulation
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, Apache Superset
• Strong analytical and data validation skills
• Experience handling complex systems and large data flows
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a telecom or telco operator environment
• Understanding of network operations and telecommunications technologies
• Knowledge of Voice and Messaging architectures
• Experience with MVNO environments, capacity planning, or interconnect routing
• Experience monitoring mobile interconnect performance, QoS, and utilisation
• Exposure to cost optimisation strategies and routing solutions for voice and messaging
• Familiarity with optimisation engines, algorithms, or rule-based decision systems
