JobSummary:We are looking for an experienced SQL Developer with strong expertise in database development, performance tuning, and ETL processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Shell or Python scripting, data transformation, and working with large datasets in a production environment. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Mode of Work:Full time

KeyResponsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
  
• Develop and maintain ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
  
• Write automation scripts using Shell or Python to support data workflows.
  
• Perform database performance tuning and query optimization.
  
• Work closely with data analysts, BI teams, and application developers.
  
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across systems.
  
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
  
• Participate in database design, data modeling, and schema management.
  
• Create technical documentation and maintain deployment processes.
  
  

Requirements:

• 58 years of hands-on experience in SQL development.
  
• Strong proficiency in SQL (PL/SQL or T-SQL).
  
• Experience with ETL tools or frameworks (Informatica / Talend / SSIS / custom ETL scripts).
  
• Strong scripting experience in Shell or Python.
  
• Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing concepts.
  
• Good understanding of indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning.
  
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
  
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
  

Good To Have Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  
• Knowledge of scheduling tools like Airflow / Control-M / Cron.
  
• Experience with NoSQL databases.
  
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
