Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Configure, manage, and troubleshootPulse Secure Remote AccessandZscaler Private Access (ZPA)VPN solutions.
Evaluate, engineer, and implement security technologies including encryption, PKI, and smart cards.
Manage certificate lifecycle: CA, certificate management, key management, and storage.
Work withencryption, hashing algorithms, symmetric/asymmetric key systems, and security protocols.
Configure and manage firewalls and implement rule changes as needed.
Support load balancer technology and assist with network optimization.
Script and automate network tasks using Python or similar tools.
Work with TCP/IP protocols, dynamic routing protocols, and VPN connectivity (IPSEC, SSL).
Troubleshoot and maintain networking environments (LAN/WAN, WLAN, Ethernet, MPLS).
Ensure DNS, DHCP, LDAP, and proxy services are configured and operating correctly.
Document network configurations, policies, and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address network-related incidents and implement security best practices.

Years of Experience:3 5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering, VPN solutions, and security technologies.

Educational Qualification & Certifications (Optional):Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Industry certifications (CCNA, CCNP, PCNSE, Zscaler ZCCA-IA) are a plus.

Skill Set Required:Must have:

Pulse Remote Access and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) VPN solutions
Certificate Authority, PKI, key management, encryption, hashing algorithms
TCP/IP, IPSEC, SSL VPN protocols
Firewall policy management and rule configuration
Load balancer technology
Scripting/automation (Python preferred)
Understanding of Layer 7 ISO stack, DHCP, DNS, WLAN, MPLS, and proxy technologies

Nice to have:

Experience with cloud VPN technologies (Zscaler, Palo Alto GlobalProtect)
Knowledge of LDAP, web server security, and industry encryption standards
Experience with dynamic routing protocols and high-availability network design
