5+ Years of Hands on experience on Data/ VOIP and knowledge on handling CISCO Routers and Switches
Experience of managing large scale network infrastructure and Data Centers.
In depth knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting switching technologies like STP, VTP, HSRP, VLAN and Call Manager
In depth knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting routing protocols including static, dynamic (BGP, OSPF and EIGRP).
Good understanding of Incident and Change Management procedures.
Experience is WAN troubleshooting and coordination with ISP.
Good understanding in basic configuration and trouble shooting in cisco VOIP.
Basic knowledge in network security and troubleshooting.
Experience in Nexus switches, Riverbed Wan Optimization devices will be an add on.
Ability to analyze incident, changes and problem tickets and provide improvement plans
Attend Weekly and monthly meetings.
Ability to coordinate with the client and Admin teams for process improvements and faster resolution
Prepare reports on Weekly monthly basis.
Manage day to day Operations.
Good in basics of wireless troubleshooting.
Should be able to work 24x7 environment.
Good communication skills and team coordination.
CCNP certification is preferable
ITIL Certified
Should have analytical and R&D capabilities to drive projects assigned
Cisco Switch/FWSM 6500-E
Cisco ASA 5500 Series Firewalls
Certificates: Cisco CCNP (Routing/Switching)
Palo Alto Firewall PA-4050, PA-2050, PA-5050,etc
Experience with F5 platform
Managing Security Hardware's PA-500, PA-3020
Implementing and troubleshooting of Palo Alto Firewalls
Security and NAT policies implementation on Firewalls.
Threat prevention detection, Application Identification and control.
