Responsible for generating and qualifying leads to support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Utilise various sources to generate leads, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Lead Filtration: Qualify leads to ensure they meet predefined criteria and are worth pursuing.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and customers in the CRM system.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with leads and customers in a professional and friendly manner to build relationships and understand their needs.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and support the sales process.
