Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the Inbound Sales team to achieve daily response, pipeline, and conversion targets.
  • Manage and optimize handling of high-intent inbound leads from calls, chats, emails, and web inquiries.
  • Ensure effective use of CRM (HubSpot) for lead tracking, pipeline management, data hygiene, and reporting.
  • Oversee lead qualification, need analysis, and solution mapping before assigning opportunities to Sales Executives.
  • Guide the team in delivering consultative product demos, follow-ups, and conversion-focused communication.
  • Monitor response time, lead quality, and customer experience metrics to maximize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to improve campaign quality, lead scoring, and inbound funnel performance.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective customers and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Ensure timely meeting/demo scheduling and smooth handover to the closing sales team.
  • Track KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics, and share regular insights with the Sales Manager.
  • Create training modules, coaching plans, and performance reviews to continuously enhance team capability.
