Responsibilities

  • Expansion Strategy & Planning
  • Define city-wise expansion roadmap (Tier 1, 2, 3)
  • Identify high ROI micro-markets
  • Build cluster-based expansion strategy
  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Ownership
  • Build and manage multi-channel lead generation engine
  • Drive digital campaigns, webinars, events, and partner channels
  • Ensure consistent qualified lead flow
  • Sales Funnel Management
  • Own end-to-end funnel: Lead → Closure
  • Monitor pipeline and conversion metrics
  • Refine sales pitch and qualification processes
  • Franchise Sales & Closing
  • Lead high-value franchise discussions and closures
  • Present business model, ROI, and investment rationale
  • Maintain strong conversion ratios
  • Channel Partner Network
  • Build and manage brokers, consultants, and referral networks
  • Drive partner-led business contribution
  • Onboarding & Handover Oversight
  • Ensure smooth transition to implementation and operations teams
  • Monitor timelines from booking to launch
  • Market Intelligence
  • Track competition and pricing
  • Provide feedback on new business models and expansion strategies
  • Revenue Ownership
  • Own franchise revenue targets and forecasting
