Job Description

Position: Performance Marketing Manager

Location: New Delhi

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Conduct market research and optimize ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using GA4, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.
  • Optimize campaigns for KPIs: CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate, CAC.
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, audience, and bidding strategies.
  • Manage ad budgets and use smart bidding: Target CPA, Maximize Conversions, ROAS bidding.
  • Work with design/content teams to create high-performing ads aligned with brand goals.
  • Build and refine audiences using demographics, interests, behaviors, and lookalike + retargeting strategies.
  • Implement tracking: UTMs, Pixels, Conversion Tracking, GTM.
  • Prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and explore new marketing opportunities.
  • Experiment with new ad formats, automation, AI tools, influencer/affiliate marketing, and UGC ads.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media with a proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns for FMCG products.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and third-party tracking tools.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and remarketing strategies is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with creative, content, and development teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads & Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with eCommerce, SaaS, or lead-generation campaigns.
  • Familiarity with automation tools, AI-driven bidding, and third-party ad management platforms.
