We are seeking a data-obsessed Performance Marketing Manager to own the paid media strategy for our diverse portfolio. You will not just be running ads; you will be engineering lead pipelines for intangible services (PR) and high-value technical projects (Solar/Hydrogen).
You will manage substantial budgets across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, ensuring that every rupee spent contributes to a measurable pipeline of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
Key ResponsibilitiesFor Solar EPC: Architect high-intent Search campaigns targeting keywords like Industrial Solar Installation, CAPEX Solar Model, and Rooftop Solar Subsidy.
For Media Services: Capture demand from corporate event managers seeking PR Agencies and Exhibition Management Services.
Technical: Manage negative keyword lists aggressively to reduce waste and utilize geo-fencing for localized solar campaigns.
For Hydrogen (Cleantech): Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting specific decision-makers (CXOs, Plant Heads) in Heavy Industries (Steel, Cement, Chemical).
Strategy: Utilize Lead Gen Forms to reduce friction and Sponsored InMail to bypass gatekeepers.
For Solar: Deploy visual lead-gen ads targeting residential homeowners and SME owners interested in energy cost reduction.
For Events: Run Event Response and Ticket Sales campaigns for Symbroj Media's exhibitions to maximize footfall.
Retargeting: Implement Meta Pixel strategies to nurture visitors who viewed our technical case studies but did not inquire.
Tracking: Set up end-to-end conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4.
Lead Quality Loop: Work closely with the Sales team to review lead quality in the CRM (e.g., Zoho/Salesforce) and adjust ad targeting based on which leads actually close.
Reporting: Deliver weekly reports on CPL (Cost Per Lead), ROAS, and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
Design high-converting Landing Page structures (wireframes) to ensure ad relevance and high Quality Scores.
A/B test ad creatives (e.g., Technical Datasheet vs. Client Testimonial) to optimize Click-Through Rates (CTR).
Lead Volume & Quality: Monthly volume of SQLs generated for Solar (Residential/Commercial) and Hydrogen inquiries.
Cost Efficiency: Maintaining CPL (Cost Per Lead) within defined targets for each vertical.
ROAS: Return on Ad Spend for exhibition ticket sales and media services.
36 Years of hands-on experience in Paid Media Buying (PPC).
Must have managed a monthly ad spend of at least 2 Lakhs+.
B2B Experience is Non-Negotiable: You must have experience generating leads for services, real estate, education, or engineering sectors. (E-commerce-only experience is not suitable for this role).
2. Platform Mastery:
Google Ads (Expert Level): Deep knowledge of Search Campaigns (Keywords, Match Types, Bidding Strategies) and Display/Discovery ads.
LinkedIn Ads (Intermediate/Expert): Ability to use LinkedIn Campaign Manager for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to target CXOs and decision-makers for the Hydrogen/EPC division.
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram): Experience with Lead Gen Forms, Custom Audiences, and Retargeting strategies.
3. Technical & Analytical Skills:
Tracking & Attribution: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM). You must know how to set up conversion events (e.g., tracking a Download Brochure button click).
Excel/Google Sheets: Advanced skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) to analyze data and report on Cost Per Lead (CPL) and ROI.
Landing Page Optimization: Understanding of what makes a landing page convert. Ability to suggest changes to the design team to improve Quality Scores.
4. Industry Aptitude:
Ability to understand and market Technical Products. You don't need to be an engineer, but you must be able to write ad copy that appeals to a factory owner looking for a Solar Plant or a Hydrogen setup.
Certifications: Google Ads Search/Display Certification or Meta Media Buying Professional.
CRM Knowledge: Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho to track lead status after the click.
Copywriting: Ability to write your own ad headlines and descriptions without relying on a content writer for every small change.
Budget Integrity: We need someone who treats the company's ad budget like their own moneyoptimizing constantly to reduce waste.
Agility: Ability to switch mindsets quickly (e.g., spending the morning optimizing a Solar campaign for homeowners and the afternoon planning a PR campaign for corporate clients).
Data Storytelling: Ability to explain complex data to management in simple terms (e.g., We spent 10k, got 5 leads, and here is why that is good/bad).
