Job Title: Marketing Manager – Corporate Gifting and B2B Sales Manager

Sobé Decor is a premium luxury tableware and home décor brand bringing internationally curated collections to Indian homes and hospitality spaces. With multiple retail stores across India and a growing online presence, Sobé Decor caters to luxury residences, corporates, hospitality brands, and gifting clients.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Manager who will lead corporate gifting sales and client relationship development in B2B distribution with focus on Bulk gifting.

This role requires a proactive professional who is comfortable working in the field, traveling to meet clients, and driving both offline and online marketing growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Gifting & Business Development

Identify and develop corporate gifting opportunities with companies, institutions, wedding planners and luxury clients. Actively travel and meet potential corporate clients, event planners, architects, and procurement teams. Present Sobé Decor collections for festive gifting, bulk orders, and premium collaborations. Build long-term relationships with corporate and hospitality partners. Generate and close bulk gifting and project orders.

2. Marketing & Brand Initiatives

Plan and execute marketing strategies for the Bulk Gifting business reaching out to companies and event planners.

Coordinate marketing campaigns across:

Retail stores

Website & marketplaces

Social media platforms

Influencer collaborations

Support visual merchandising and in-store branding initiatives.

3. Offline & Online Growth

Work closely with the digital team to support online campaigns and promotions.

Assist in exhibitions, pop-ups, luxury events, and brand collaborations.

Monitor marketing performance and suggest growth strategies.

4. Relationship & Partnership Management

Develop relationships with:

Corporates

Interior designers & architects

Hospitality brands

Wedding planners & luxury event curators

Represent Sobé Decor at networking events and industry meets.

Candidate Profile

5–8 years experience in Marketing / Corporate Sales / Business Development.

Experience in luxury retail, lifestyle, gifting, hospitality, or premium brands preferred.

Comfortable with field work and travel.

Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.

Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Passion for luxury, design, décor, and lifestyle products.
