Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager (Media) to lead and execute digital media campaigns across multiple online platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in paid media, campaign optimization, audience targeting, brand visibility, and analytics. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive lead generation, customer engagement, and ROI through effective digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
  • Manage paid marketing campaigns including PPC, display advertising, remarketing, and social media promotions.
  • Develop media strategies aligned with business goals, brand positioning, and target audience.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with creative, content, and design teams for campaign assets and promotional materials.
  • Manage media budgets efficiently and ensure maximum ROI.
  • Track and analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing dashboards.
  • Execute SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility and organic reach.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Media Planning, or Performance Marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other advertising platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience in campaign budgeting, optimization, and analytics reporting.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling media campaigns for agencies or corporate brands.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools is an added advantage.
