Job Overview: MSC Transformers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing operations, drive business expansion, and strengthen the company's market presence across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals

• Manage and optimize quarterly and annual marketing budgets

• Handle order booking, billing coordination, and payment follow-ups

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities

• Build strong relationships with electrical contractors, consultants, and key industry stakeholders

• Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve business targets

• Coordinate with creative teams for print, digital, and video marketing campaigns

• Drive brand-building initiatives and continuous improvement strategies

• Take ownership of regional business growth and revenue generation

Candidate Requirements:

• 8–15 years of experience in the transformer or switchgear industry
