Blubein is a Chennai-based D2C nutraceuticals brand founded in 2023. We make scientifically formulated supplements for people who care about what they put into their bodies. Our founder brings 20+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, and that pharma-grade rigor shapes how we formulate our products and build trust with our customers.

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead Blubein's social media, UGC, and marketing planning. You will work directly with the founder and own the day-to-day execution of how Blubein shows up to the world.

This is a build-and-ship role for someone who lives inside Instagram, knows how to work with creators, and can plan and deliver marketing campaigns end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

Social media handles. Own Blubein's Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social channels. Plan and run a monthly content calendar. Manage daily posting, community engagement, and brand voice across platforms.

UGC strategy and performance. Source, brief, and manage micro-influencers and UGC creators. Build a steady pipeline of fresh creator content every month. Most importantly, judge what makes a UGC video actually perform — hook, pacing, message, CTA — and produce creatives that drive results, not just look good.

Meta ad creative direction. Guide the design team to produce strong static posters and ad creatives for Meta. Review every creative before it goes live. Ensure visuals are clear, on-brand, and built for thumb-stopping performance in the feed.

Marketing planning. Build monthly and quarterly marketing plans. Plan product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional offers. Decide what to push, when to push it, and on which channels.

Performance tracking and CTR ownership. Own click-through rate (CTR) as a core metric. Check daily on which creatives, posts, and ads are performing — and which are not. Kill what is not working, double down on what is, and constantly feed insights back into the next round of creative.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 4–6 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years at a D2C brand.
  • Strong instincts for Instagram and short-form video content.
  • Hands-on experience working with UGC creators — and a clear eye for what makes UGC actually perform.
  • Comfortable judging creative on data, not just taste — you track CTR, engagement, and conversion to decide what to keep and what to kill.
  • Strong experience in ai driven marketing tools
  • Ability to brief and guide a design team to produce strong static creatives for Meta ads.
  • Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns independently.
  • Clear written communication — you write good briefs, captions, and updates.
  • Comfortable working directly with a founder in a small, fast-moving team.
  • Genuine interest in health, wellness, or nutrition.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in nutraceuticals, wellness, or beauty D2C.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads (running directly or managing an agency).
  • Working knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
  • Design literacy in Canva or Figma.
