Role Overview
Zilogic Systems is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive
qualified lead generation through both inbound and outbound channels. The role requires a hands-on professional who can build and execute marketing strategies targeted at Automotive, Wireless, and IoT domains, with a strong focus on
OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and product companies.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating measurable business leads and working closely with sales and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities- Inbound Marketing & Demand Generation
- Own and execute inbound marketing strategy across website, SEO, and content marketing
- Develop and manage high-quality content such as blogs, whitepapers, and case studies
- Drive LinkedIn marketing initiatives (company page and leadership branding)
- Optimize website for lead conversion (traffic → engagement → lead capture)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate technical capabilities into compelling messaging
- Outbound Marketing & Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Plan and execute targeted outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn outreach, etc.)
- Build and manage target account lists (Automotive OEMs, Tier-1s, product companies)
- Work closely with sales teams to generate qualified meetings and nurture opportunities
- Implement account-based marketing strategies for high-value prospects
- Positioning & Messaging
- Define and refine positioning for key business areas:
- Automotive - Digital Cockpit & Connectivity
- Wireless & IoT
- Ensure consistency across all marketing channels (website, presentations, campaigns)
- Campaigns & Events
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with industry focus areas
- Manage participation in industry events and expos (pre-event, during, and post-event lead management)
- Track and optimize ROI from campaigns and events
- Metrics & Performance Management
- Define and track key marketing metrics:
- Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
- Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
- Cost per lead
- Conversion rates
- Pipeline contribution
- Provide regular performance reports and insights
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data
Required Skills & Experience- 10–12 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in engineering or technology services
- Proven track record in lead generation (inbound and outbound)
- Strong expertise in:
- Digital marketing and SEO
- LinkedIn marketing
- Account-based marketing (ABM)
- Ability to understand and market technical domains such as embedded systems and automotive software
- Experience working closely with sales teams, preferably in global markets
