ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a high-ownership, execution-focused Marketing Manager who can drive lead generation, brand authority, and market expansion across multiple geographies.
This role exists to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads while simultaneously building Pinnacle Xplore into a trusted, parent-first education brand in every target market.
The ideal candidate understands international audiences (especially US parents), performance marketing, SEO-led expansion, and content-driven trust-building.
CORE OBJECTIVE
High-Velocity Lead Generation and Market Expansion
Generate consistent, qualified inquiries
Control acquisition costs within defined budgets
Build local authority and trust in expansion regions
Enable scalable and sustainable growth
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy and Outcome-Oriented Planning
Develop and execute monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with growth goals
Shift marketing from activity-based execution to measurable outcomes such as leads, conversions, and ROI
Plan campaigns for K12 tutoring, SAT/ACT preparation, AP courses, and seasonal enrollment cycles
Coordinate with leadership on promotions, referral initiatives, and expansion launches
Digital and Performance Marketing
Own and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
Focus on cost per lead, conversion rates, and overall return on investment
Track, analyze, and continuously improve campaign performance
Work with tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
Coordinate SEO execution internally or with external partners
Multi-Geographic SEO and Expansion Marketing
Build and manage localized landing pages for key expansion regions across the United States, Middle East, and United Kingdom
Adapt messaging to local parent concerns, academic expectations, and cultural context
Evaluate expansion regions based on demand trends, competition, and ROI potential
Content, Social Media, and Thought Leadership
Plan and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Oversee creation of short-form videos, reels, posts, flyers, and ad creatives
Drive thought leadership content addressing real parent pain points such as academic stress and college admissions pressure
Ensure a consistent brand voice and positioning across platforms
Engage actively with comments, messages, and community discussions
Lead Generation, Funnel, and Lifecycle Management
Improve performance of landing pages, inquiry funnels, demos, and webinars
Work closely with sales and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversions
Own email marketing and lifecycle automation including lead nurturing and follow-ups
Monitor funnel drop-offs and optimize continuously
Strategic Partnerships and Referral Engine
Build and formalize referral relationships with schools, libraries, and community organizations
Create a scalable referral engine supported by testimonials, social proof, and incentive-based programs
Brand Building and Reputation Management
Implement a structured review and testimonial collection system
Strengthen brand credibility and trust across platforms
Highlight achievements, partnerships, success stories, and outcomes
Maintain strong brand sentiment and parent confidence
Reporting, Analytics, and Growth Metrics
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Track qualified leads, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and brand sentiment
Recommend continuous, data-backed improvements
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or Senior Digital Marketer
Strong expertise in paid advertising, SEO fundamentals, and email marketing
Experience handling US audiences, with preference for exposure to international markets
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Ability to work independently in a remote, high-ownership role
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Mailchimp
GOOD TO HAVE
Experience in education services or EdTech
Understanding of the US academic calendar and test-prep ecosystem
Video-first or short-form content marketing experience
Exposure to multi-region or international expansion
