Job Description

Position: Associate Program Manager-Marketing (Content+Social Media)

Location: Gurgaon

Working Days: Monday- Saturday (Saturdays WFH)

Work Timings: 10am -7pm

Experience: 1-6 years

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our client. The role will involve creating compelling content, developing and implementing social media strategies, and engaging with our audience to enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Craft impactful content for various channels, including emails, social media, webinars, and admissions-related communications.

2. Ensure content is engaging, informative, and aligns with the institution's brand voice.

3. Develop and implement social media content strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.

4. Contribute to significant growth in social media engagement and followers.

5. Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.

6. Direct the strategic planning of webinars and events to enhance visibility and brand awareness.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in marketing, social media management, and community building.

3. Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.

4. Proficiency in using social media platforms and analytics tools.

5. Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and across teams.

6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
